The founder of the company, Ibrahim YILDIZ, has run the business on small business level from 1973 to1993. As projects and aims got on bigger scale he has formed PRIMER Incorporation in 1993. Since the company dealt only with building commercial houses it became the main business to focus on for Primer as well. Most of these investments have made in Istanbul TURKEY on the contrary the company is mobile and capable to make investments in any other cities as well. Furthermore the company has invested in tourism and hotel management by building an apart hotel in 1995 and has being run by the shareholders. In addition to this company also started building a 4 star hotel which will start accepting customers with the summer 2007. The new hotel will also run by the shareholders. Reliability, Quality, Integrity, Knowledge and Independence are the important keywords for making investments, carrying the investments out, customer relations, being with the customer after sales and services. In near future company will built a commercial houses in Alanya Turkey. This might be a summer house for majority and a very desirable investment for some.
